Congratulations to RIM BlackBerry on the launch of their new and revolutionary mobile computing platform. So much hard work has gone into today, and our friends at BlackBerry should be proud of the result.

I was pleased to attend the community event in our public square earlier this evening, and glad to see so many local residents showing their support. My wife and I, along with many others in the community, are now sporting these fashionable BlackBerry toques, which will come in handy when the weather switches back to winter.
I’m looking forward to getting my own device as soon as possible after they’re officially out on February 5.
