GO arrives in Kitchener

December 18, 2011

The first GO Train left the station in Kitchener today with free service to and from Guelph. Excited passengers packed the platform and filled the seats.

Hopefully the enthusiasm people had today will carry forward and provide solid ridership, convincing GO to make the investment in track upgrades to make the train ride faster while adding reverse service for GTA commuters to Waterloo.
